Lifestyle Kitchens NQ is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our award-winning team in a Kitchen Support & Design role.

About the Role

This position supports the Kitchen Manager in all aspects of kitchen design, production, and installation. The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude and some knowledge or experience within the cabinetry or construction industry.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

As part of a collaborative team, the Kitchen Support & Design role works closely with the Kitchen Manager & team to share responsibility for the following:

  • Conduct client site measures and prepare accurate reports
  • Prepare estimates and quotations
  • Manage client liaison and communication throughout projects
  • Assist the Kitchen Manager with daily operations and planning
  • Coordinate trades, employees, job scheduling, and installations
  • Order materials and track deliveries
  • Create drafting and design work using Cabinet Vision
  • Understand plans and work confidently from designs
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve on-site or design issues
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail
  • Be reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure
  • Manage time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Hold a White Card (Construction Card)

What We Offer

  • Full-time position (38 hours per week)
  • Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
  • Friday: 7:00am – 1:30pm
  • No weekend work
  • Pay rate: $34.00 – $36.00 per hour (based on knowledge and experience)

About You

  • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Experience or understanding of the cabinetry/ construction industry
  • Competent with Cabinet Vision (advantageous, but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
