Kitchen Staff – Motto Motto Japanese, Gasworks

We're looking for an energetic and reliable Kitchen Staff to join our team at Motto Motto Japanese, Gasworks. If you're passionate about food, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you

What you'll be doing:

  • Preparing fresh ingredients and dishes according to our standards
  • Assisting chefs with food preparation and plating
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment
  • Following food safety and hygiene procedures
  • Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service

What we're looking for:

  • Previous kitchen experience preferred, but not essential – we'll train the right person
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy service environment
  • Punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
