At Kitchen Innovations, we specialise in high-quality joinery and cabinetry solutions across residential and commercial projects. We're currently seekingreliable Labourers to join our growing team in Queensland.

Launched 12 months ago in line with our celebration of 30 successful years in the business, Queensland is a key part of our National Growth Strategy and will serve as a key manufacturing hub for our group, equipped with cutting-edge technology in the stone fabrication industry. This expansion enables KI to continue providing comprehensive supply chain solutions to some of Australia's most renowned builders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow daily production schedules and achieve set KPIs.
  • Operate machinery and perform routine maintenance and fluid monitoring.
  • Identify hardware components and maintain appropriate stock levels.
  • Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks as required.
  • Monitor the quality of cabinetry, drawers, and doors directly from machines, ensuring tasks meet quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, applying safe manual handling practices.
  • Record relevant production details in the Rapid system when necessary.
  • Report operational issues promptly to the Team Leader or 2nd in Command.
  • Deliver cabinetry to the factory despatch area as needed.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to support various production demands.

General Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all organisational policies, including occupational health and safety and equal employment opportunity requirements.
  • Support ongoing service quality and workplace improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all organisational, staff, and client information, including physical and digital records.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
