The Role

We are seeking a Physical Consultant (Exercise Physiologist / Physiotherapist/ Occupational Therapist) to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse caseloads in NDIS, workplace rehabilitation, and aged care services.

What you'll be doing:

  • Conducting comprehensive physical assessments and developing evidence-based treatment programs.
  • Delivering tailored interventions — exercise programs, rehabilitation plans, workplace injury prevention, and functional capacity building.
  • Collaborating within multidisciplinary teams across our service brands to ensure holistic client outcomes.
  • Supporting participants in NDIS, corporate health, aged care, and community settings.
  • Documenting progress, reviewing outcomes, and continuously adapting programs for best results.

About You

  • Degree in Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
  • Professional registration / accreditation relevant to your discipline.
  • Passion for working with diverse populations including NDIS participants, older adults, and workplace clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and committed to professional development.
