About the role:
Provides high level executive support to the Commissioner and Commissioner's Leadership Group, including drafting of correspondence and working collaboratively with the Minister's Office, Senior Executives and Staff, and other Emergency Services and Government departments. The role works independently in a dynamic environment with competing priorities and demands.
About you:
- Experience providing assistance to Senior Executive and/or senior leadership and office management.
- Demonstrated experience in the appropriate management of confidential, complex and contentious information
Essential Requirements:
- Qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business, Administration), or equivalent relevant expertise.
- During periods of major fire/rescue activity, the incumbent may be required to support operational management activities consistent with their skills and background.
- Driver's Licence
