The CFO is looking for a talented financial controller with a progressive career looking to consolidate that experience into the impact of systems and people to the company

The Role

This is a newly created financial controller position perfect for the progressive financial controllers in the market.

Path to CFO in a timeline is expected.

Key focus for the position is the development of people in the finance team, empowering them to stretch their learning, skills and capabilities.

Core work in automation, process improvement and smarter ways of operating the finance team mechanics is required.

Day to day work as you'd expect – it's financial control.

Forecasts, budgets, compliance, reporting, analysis, commentary, regulatory governance, management and board reports.

The engine room of every business is the finance team. It takes a character to take that mentality to the business and partner for the success of the operations.
