The Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Officer to join our team in Australia. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, culture, and organizational development. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, compensation and benefit, driving employee engagement initiatives, supporting training and development programs, and addressing employee relations and issues.
Key Objectives of the Role:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Responsible for Comp & Benefits.
- Coordinate and implement employee engagement activities.
- Support training and development efforts across teams.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with local employment laws as well as group guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR operations.
About You
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably with exposure to recruitment and employee relations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
