Job Title: Human Resources Intern
Job Location: Various Locations
Job Description:
- Have a strong understanding and knowledge of business analytics to enable and influence leaders to make sound talent decisions and promote employee engagement and healthy/positive/productive employee relations.
- Partner with client groups to build and execute talent plans in achievement of overall business strategy, objectives and goals.
- Identify and diagnose issues proactively and develop, recommend and implement root cause solutions that enhance employee engagement/experience and business results in a timely manner.
- Participate and/or lead projects and special initiatives within and outside the HR function as assigned.
- Promote high professional standards, positive interpersonal relationships and demonstrates L3Harris core values.
- Openness to working across Human Resources domains, including HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Total Rewards, and Organizational Development.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or higher in business management, organizational psychology, or related field.
- Geographically mobile and willing to work anywhere in the U.S.
- GPA of 3.0 or greater.
- U.S. citizen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint.
- Some proficiency with generative AI prompts (e.g., ChatGPT).

- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft.
- Proficiency with generative AI prompts (e.g., ChatGPT).
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is [$42,640.00 MIN - $85,280.00 MAX]. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is [$37,440.00 MIN - $74,880.00 MAX].. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including relocation stipend, 401(k), EAP, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
