The Role

This role offers variety, responsibility and the chance to grow. You'll gain practical experience across recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, career development programs, and employee recognition — making it the perfect springboard for your future in HR.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the recruitment system (posting ads, scheduling interviews, supporting candidate experience).
  • Assisting with onboarding and maintaining the HR intranet content.
  • Coordinating training programs such as Clerkships, Graduate Inductions and professional development initiatives.
  • Supporting the annual career development review program.
  • Organising staff recognition, gifts and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Providing administrative support including filing, travel, expenses and reports.
  • Assisting with the remuneration review processes and other HR projects.

About You

This opportunity is ideal for a recent HR graduate who has administration experience and is ready to launch a successful career in human resources. You are energetic, organised and eager to learn, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You'll bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources (or similar).
  • Previous administration experience, ideally in a professional services business.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented and can-do attitude.
