The Role

We're hiring an Integration Architect to define and lead the integration strategy for a major enterprise initiative. This role requires deep technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the enterprise integration architecture and establish standards and best practices.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and platforms for integration.
  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performance integration frameworks.
  • Provide technical leadership and governance across multiple integration projects.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align integration strategy with organisational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee solution design, performance optimisation, and risk mitigation.
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation and roadmaps.

What You'll Need

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise integration and architecture roles.
  • Extensive experience with middleware platforms, API management, and cloud technologies.
  • Deep understanding of integration patterns, data flow, and system interoperability.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale integration initiatives and manage technical teams.
  • Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and governance in integration contexts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in both agile and waterfall delivery environments.
