About the Role

As an Integration Architect, you will provide technical leadership and architecture guidance for integrating Minerva internal capabilities, interfaces, and services. You'll work closely with leadership, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to develop solutions that are compliant, resilient, and future-ready. Your expertise will help shape the operational success of Defence ICT systems.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical direction and architecture guidance for Minerva ICT capabilities, services, and components.
  • Advise the AEBUT team on technical strategy, risk mitigation, and ICT best practices.
  • Develop, review, and contribute to Architecture Designs and operational documentation.
  • Assess and mitigate ICT risks, issues, test defects, and obsolescence challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to optimize designs and deliver outcomes aligned with project objectives.
  • Evaluate vendor-agnostic and software-defined ICT solutions to enhance system control and responsiveness.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect in Defence, particularly with warfighting networks.
  • Strong background in architecting, designing, and building multi-vendor, geographically dispersed ICT solutions.
  • Ability to translate customer requirements, standards, and frameworks into practical, future-ready designs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Defence networks and SEA2273 Minerva systems.
  • Strong understanding of industry ICT trends, emerging technologies, and project delivery processes.
