Gold Coast BMW is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Controller/Road Tester to join our dynamic Service team.

As a Quality Controller/Road Tester, you will play a vital role in ensuring every vehicle that leaves our workshop meets the highest BMW standards for safety, performance, and customer satisfaction.


What You'll Do:

  • Conduct road tests on vehicles to diagnose issues and validate repairs.
  • Perform final quality control checks following servicing or repairs.
  • Work closely with Technicians and Service Advisors to ensure accurate fault identification and resolution for our customers.
  • Ensure compliance with BMW's stringent service and repair protocols.
  • Report on vehicle performance, test results, and any anomalies with clarity and professionalism.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Automotive Technician (Certificate III or higher). 5 Yrs + experience
  • Previous experience in a quality control, diagnostic, or road test role (Prestige German brand experience highly regarded).
  • Sound knowledge of modern vehicle systems, diagnostics, and road safety standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for automotive excellence.
  • Full Australian manual driver's license (essential).
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing team.
