The Role:

We're seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor with strong customer service and time management skills to join our friendly and fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns and requirements
  • Prepare accurate service quotes and repair orders
  • Clearly and honestly explain services and repair needs
  • Liaise with the Workshop Controller to monitor progress and keep customers updated
  • Identify additional required services or parts, and liaise with customers
  • Manage bookings, follow-ups, and invoicing

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Service Advisor or similar automotive role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Team player with a proactive, customer-first attitude
  • Basic mechanical knowledge or vehicle systems understanding
