Barista/ Supervisor

Zarraffa's Coffee Southport Ferry Road have positions available for a Supervisor and a Barista to join their enthusiastic team.

Barista responsibilities will include:

- Customer Service
- Cashing Orders
- Making Coffee

Supervisor responsibilities _may _also include the below tasks:

- Reconcile till
- Supervise fellow staff
- Stock control
- Responding to customer feedback
- Food assembly responsibilities
- Responsible for open & closing of store

As a Supervisor you are expected to be highly professional, dynamic, organised, motivated and take "ownership" of successful stores. You should be disciplined and prepared to lead a hard working team by example, in a very fast paced work environment. You must be capable of following through with staff development, be proactive in store marketing, have excellent communication skills and be responsible for the growth of the store. Full training and support will be provided and you will be reporting to the Manager/Franchisees.

The available positions are full time, part time and casual, with seven days a week flexibility requirement, including weekends and early morning opens.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Southport, QLD 4215: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)
