- Engage with the Executive Leadership Team, Board members, and external partners, managing introductions, follow-ups, and communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Attend leadership meetings to stay across business priorities and share relevant updates with the wider EA community.
- Manage approvals and workflows on behalf of the CEO, including travel, leave, purchase orders, and executive team expenses.

- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
