What You'll Be Doing
  • Delivering exceptional customer service that keeps customers coming back.
  • Working collaboratively with your team to smash goals and create a fun, supportive vibe.
  • Building strong product knowledge so you can style customers with confidence.
  • Multitasking like a pro – juggling chats, fittings, and styling at the same time.
  • Inspiring customers to discover new products and helping them find their perfect fit.
  • Challenging yourself to hit company and personal goals.
  • Embracing our sustainability ethos (we're a proud B Corp) and sharing it with customers.

About You
  • A true team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Passionate about fashion – you're the first to know about the next trend.
  • Confident, chatty, and a natural problem-solver.
  • Proud of your work ethic – you love a laugh but you get the job done.
  • Retail or fashion experience is a bonus (but not essential – we'll train you).
  • Flexible and available to work weekends and late nights.
