As a Casual Retail Sales Associate, you will be an essential part of our retail team, responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping atmosphere for our customers. You will assist customers in finding the perfect products, provide expert product knowledge, and ensure that they leave our store satisfied with their purchases. A bonus to working at our location is short weekend hours Weekday and weekend shifts will be required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Assist customers in selecting products and provide recommendations based on their needs.
  • Operate cash registers and process customer transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Restock merchandise and ensure shelves are well-maintained.
  • Answer customer inquiries and address concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Stay informed about product features, trends, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, including loss prevention measures.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
