PRD Burleigh/Tallebudgera are arguably one of the leading Real Estate agencies on the Southern Gold Coast. With a focus on providing fantastic training and opportunities to grow and well supported by an experienced team.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service
• Provide support to the Property Managers in a range of functions associated with leasing
and maintaining properties in accordance with the property investor's instructions
• Respond to general enquiries from potential tenants
• Accurately complete all necessary documentation
• Viewings
• Conduct Routine Inspections
• Act as a liaison between tenants and property investors
• Ensure that properties are maintained and presented in accordance with the property investor's instructions
We are seeking someone with the following qualities:
• Positive attitude
• Ability to think on your feet
• Unbelievable work ethic which involves a mixture of accuracy, efficiency, initiative and enthusiasm
• Willingness to learn from other team members
In addition to the above qualities you MUST hold a QLD drivers license, a Certificate of Registration and be available to work on Saturday's with a rostered day off during the week.
