As a result of significant growth across the Australia and New Zealand region, we have partnered with a leading multi-national manufacturer in their field on a newly created opportunity for a Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Business Partner.

With an enviable reputation built on providing innovative products and exceptional customer service, this role will be responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of policies and procedures across all sites, driving high operational standards across the health and safety, environmental and quality functions.

More specifically, you lead the development of policies, procedures and protocols in compliance with best practice and local legislation, including managing all audits and risk assessments, leading workplace investigations, the management of environmental and quality reporting and analysis and delivering training across Health, Safety, Environment and Quality.

To be successful in the role, you will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Health, Safety, Environment and Quality role gained within the manufacturing or logistics industry, with demonstrated experience in developing policies, procedures and systems in a multi-site business.

Furthermore, you will be tertiary qualified in OHS, Engineering or a related field or hold relevant certifications such as a Cert IV in WHS and Quality, or Environmental Business Management Systems. Qualifications in training are advantageous.  

A hands-on professional, you will lead from the front with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, mixed with a strong understanding of legislative requirements.
