Our team at Woodards Mount Waverley is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our team

The role:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a Victorian Agents Representative Certificate who is career driven and focused on delivering the highest level of service to our clients. The successful candidate will work directly with sales and rental team to achieve the growth of the business through multiple pathways.

You will possess the skillset to create, chase and generate your own leads, build local referral networks and maintain strong relationships.

You will have a strong understanding of the principles of property management and be able to successfully translate this into new business opportunities. In addition, you will have excellent retention skills by maintaining relationships with clients and expanding your presence in the market.

The skillset:

  • Hold a valid Victorian Agents Representative Certificate

  • Experience in Real Estate as a BDM or in Sales with a proven track record

  • Understanding of current legislation

  • Confidence dealing with clients and stakeholders

  • Brilliant at networking and building meaningful relationships

  • Have a valid driver's license and reliable car

  • The ability to multitask and work under pressure

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills

  • Ability to negotiate and influence

  • Ability to work autonomously and facilitate a smooth transition from sign up to the Property Manager handover
