Whitehorse City Council proudly manages Aqualink Box Hill and Aqualink Nunawading, state-of-the-art facilities that are leaders in the provision of leisure and aquatic services in the Eastern Region of Melbourne.
The role:
We are seeking casual and part time Customer Service Officers to join the Aqualink Team.
The position will provide excellent customer service and accurate and courteous information to all patrons at the front desk or via telephone enquiries and perform accurate cash handling, membership sales and basic administration duties.
The position may be required to work shifts anywhere within Aqualink Box Hill and Aqualink Nunawading's ordinary spread of hours:
- Monday to Friday - 4.30am – 11.00pm
- Saturday - 4.30am – 8.30pm
- Sunday and public holidays - 7.00am – 8.30pm

About you:
To be considered for this position you will have:
- Experience in provision of front line customer service.
- Experience in Microsoft office and point of sale systems.
- Communication skills to enable positive interaction and effective customer service with patrons and other employees.
- Ability to resolve minor problems relating to multi passes, transactions and/or memberships.
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually under routine supervision.
