About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity to work at Box Hill Institute as our Client Support Officer. This is a part-time (0.40 EFT), fixed-term (Parental Leave backfill) to March 2026 opportunity based at our Box Hill Nelson campus. The salary for this position is PACCT 3.1 $59,597 per annum (based on 1 FTE) exclusive of superannuation and pro rata accordingly. This position reports directly to the Senior Administrator, and sits within the Faculty of Creative, Business & Technology.

What you'll do:

* Responsible for providing a range of client services to students, clients, teachers andemployees across Box Hill Institute

* Act as the "face of BHI" to shape customers' initial and ongoing perception of BHI and itsservice quality

* Support activities to enhance student experience across all faculty programs

* Provide a range of administrative support to ensure effective provision of client services

* Build and enhance collaborative relationships with internal and external clients

About you:

* Ability to respond to internal and external client needs promptly and to follow through oninquiries, request and complaints in a timely manner

* Have, or be willing to obtain, Victorian Working with Children Check and National Police Check clearance

Qualifications and experience:

* A relevant qualification in Business or Office Administration, or equivalent combination oftraining and experience.

* Experience in administration of educational delivery and/or professional services is anadvantage.

* Experience in dealing confidently and courteously with people at all levels, and a commitmentto providing a high level of customer care in an administrative role.

* High level of interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with demonstratedexperience in preparing high quality, accurate correspondence and reports to stakeholders

* Proficiency in all MS Office applications for a range of tasks including but not limited to,generating letters, reports and database management
