Bookings Coordinator

Known for their fast-paced, dedicated team and strong culture, they specialise in the installation of vehicle technology, from reverse cameras and parking sensors to full infotainment systems.

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Bookings Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role blends administration, customer service and general office support. You will be the key point of contact for managing bookings, supporting technicians and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

**What do you do?****

• Accurately book jobs into our system and ensure all details are correct
• Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them appropriately
• Manage the email inbox and respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Handle warranty-related enquiries and follow up as needed
• Provide friendly and effective support to customers
• Coordinate with service technicians and share relevant information efficiently
• Enter data accurately and keep records up to date
• Assist with general office upkeep to maintain a clean and organised workspace

**What you need?****

• 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative, customer service or call centre role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach
• A proactive mindset, able to multitask and problem-solve efficiently
• Motivated, team-oriented attitude with a drive to succeed
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay organised under pressure
