Position Overview

As the General Manager – Strategic Growth, you will play a critical leadership role in scaling our operations, expanding market presence, and driving long-term revenue growth. This is a high-impact role that blends strategy, business development, and operational leadership — ideal for someone with a sharp commercial mindset and experience scaling service-based businesses.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand into new markets and verticals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to refine pricing models, service offerings, and client acquisition strategies.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform decision-making.
  • Oversee account onboarding and ensure operational alignment with growth objectives.
  • Lead efforts in building and maintaining a strong company culture aligned with our core values.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure success across departments and ensure performance targets are met.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven track record (5+ years) in a senior leadership role within a service-based industry (commercial cleaning, facilities management, logistics, security, waste, etc.).
  • Experience scaling a business, launching new markets, or leading a major growth initiative.
  • Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and budget development.
  • Demonstrated success in sales strategy, client retention, and team leadership.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and bias for action.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the commercial cleaning, facilities services industry.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, bidding software, and operational management platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
