The opportunity has become available for a General Manager to lead the team at Darlo Bar and to create a long-lasting impression on our local community.

The Role

As General Manager, you will be at the helm of Darlo Bar and be responsible for the overall management and performance of the venue.

Your role will involve all of the venue essentials including overseeing the daily operations, driving venue profitability, overseeing venue financials, budgets & forecasting, partnering with marketing on new promotions and activations, compliance, driving community engagement developing the team, hiring staff, rostering and ensuring the guest experience is memorable to our patrons every time.

We're seeking an experienced General Manager or Senior Assistant Manager ready to take the next step in their hospitality career— who is driven to achieve business success while fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.
