Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in South Australia, Australia. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Stannard Family Homes. This includes managing all aspects of home building projects, coordinating with various departments, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The General Manager will also develop and implement business strategies, monitor financial performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
