You will support the Executive Pastry Chef in leading kitchen operations, ensuring all desserts meet KOI's high standards for quality and artistry. Key Skills & Experience:
- Solid Experience: At least three years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end establishment or similar environment.

- Pastry Production: A deep understanding of pastry production, with hands-on experience in preparing mousses, choux pastry, and complex layered cakes.
