Exciting  food destination Ruben's Deli is looking for a talented pastry chef to join its team

Ruben's is an upmarket, super modern business in a beautiful store befitting fashionable High St and one of Melbourne's most exclusive suburbs, Armadale.

We've quickly become known for our cool made to order sandwiches, signature cookies, babkas, desserts and delicious cakes.

The emphasis is on house-made, high quality seasonal food and pastry that keeps people returning.

We're looking for a inspiring pastry chef to join our pastry team and help Ruben's go from strength to strength

Ideally you will have experience in a busy, high-end kitchen, bakery or restaurant. Dough and bread work would be a bonus. A knowledge of food trends and inspirational ideas would be even better.

Responsibilities will include working with our super talented head pastry chef to help expand our current range which includes yeasted products, cookies, desserts and cakes.
