What does the job look like?

Linfox is looking for a motivated and energetic Cross Dock Administrator to join our team based in Chullora on a Permanent Full-time basis. As part of this role, you will be primarily responsible for providing administrative support across a variety of Cross Dock activities leading into peak season. We have a role available working Monday to Friday on day shift with reasonable additional hours as needed. Key areas:

  • Communicating with drivers/other teams to ensure that all work is completed for the day in line with customer expectations and safety/compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to run sheets, POD's and compliance.
  • Providing administrative support to our Operations/Admin/Support teams daily

Are you the one?

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a transport operations environment.
  • Previous knowledge within the transport industry.
  • Ability to work autonomously and provide timely, safe and effective service
  • Strong work ethic with a passion for the industry and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experience using Blue Yonder, SAP & MS Excel will be highly regarded.
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands and pressures.
