We are seeking a highly motivated and individual who has a passion for delivering excellence and become our Operational Admin supervisor to our Chullora team.

This is a hands-on role to showcase your skills and abilities in providing great support to our warehouse team to drive productivity and efficiencies.

Ensuring all policies, procedures, and processes in relation to inventory, logistics and daily operations are in place.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Working closely with the warehouse team** to ensure quality and assurance, systems and supply chain teams to ensure policies and procedures reflect the business needs.
- **Develop **strong and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- **Conducting inventory stock takes** and coordinate negatives, in transits, coordinate orders, unsold buy-ins and inventory bin locations.
- **Identify and liaise** with contractors/suppliers to obtain competitive prices for any services
- **Supervise **and engage Branch Staff to ensure their continuous growth and development
- **Assist **in monitoring and controlling costs on an ongoing basis to ensure performance against budget

**Who are you?**
- **Proven experience** as an Operation administrator in high volume and fast-paced environment is essential with leadership potential or experience
- **Exceptional verbal** and written communication skills.
- **Understanding **the market, the business, and customers to create competitive advantage.
- **High energy**, passionate about collaboration with a professional outlook
- **Ability** to identify areas of improvements and make effective changes taking into consideration resources and constraints.
- **Computer literate** at an intermediate level
