We are looking for our next Logistics Assistant team member to join our team at Chullora, NSW

This is a Full time, permanent position.

This is an entry level position.

Shift times

Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Some of your responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:

  • Process, allocate and invoice orders
  • Answer phone call queries
  • Liaise with relevant personnel concerning the delivery of orders
  • Liaise with sales representatives concerning deals and offers
  • Assist with the booking of transport companies
  • Run inventory reports
  • Carry out filing and general office duties
  • Perform other duties as required from time to time by the logistics manager

Requirements:

  • Full Australian working rights
  • Microsoft Office experience (high level of exposure to and competency with Excel is a must)
  • A current driver's license
  • Strong communication skills
  • A great eye for detail and customer service skills
  • Proven experience working in an administrative role or supply chain management industry is ideal, but not essential
