Office Manager – Automotive | Toyota, Volkswagen, Seadoo & Can-Am

Full-time | Chullora

Drive your career forward and lead operations across some of the world's most iconic automotive brands. We're looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Chullora and play a key role in the smooth running of our operations. Reporting directly to the Fixed Operations Manager, this role will oversee registration and delivery coordination across our Toyota, Volkswagen, and Seadoo and Can-Am businesses.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support a small team, providing guidance, training, and performance management
  • Manage registration and delivery coordination operations across multiple brands
  • Cross-train team members to ensure flexibility between bookings and delivery coordination
  • Ensure compliance with dealer and OEM standards across all brands
  • Liaise daily with department managers to support business needs and streamline processes
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Drive process improvements to enhance customer experience and team efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • Previous automotive dealership experience – Toyota, VW or other OEM preferred
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a small team in a busy environment
  • Strong understanding of compliance and reporting across multiple brands
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise confidently with customers, team members, and management
