We are looking to continue expanding our Anytime Fitness business and we are currently seeking at least 1 more Full Time Membership Consultant to assist the Managers in the daily operation of the gym. This position will involve working at one or more of our clubs within the group (Auburn, Chullora, Bass Hill, Punchbowl & Chester Hill).

You will need to have a real passion and genuine care for helping other people achieve their personal health goals. You will need to be highly organised and have a real drive to succeed. This is an entry level role that provides the foundational skills required for progression within the fitness industry and we are passionate about developing our team

Reporting directly to the Manager, you will be responsible for;

  • Assisting the manager with all facets of the daily running of the club.
  • Helping to create & maintain a positive membership culture with an emphasis on member retention.
  • Following our 9 Step sales process & selling memberships
  • Promoting the Anytime Fitness brand and image
  • Assisting the manager to plan & implement marketing and advertising promotions.
  • Booking appointments over the phone
  • Outreach and assisting in Business to Business relationships
  • Completing Member service calls and other administrative duties

The successful applicant must;

  • be well presented with excellent communications skills in person and over the phone.
  • have a current drivers license & their own vehicle.
  • be energetic, self motivated & highly organised.
  • be passionate about the Health and Fitness Industry.
  • be a Team Player
  • Have a Minimum 1 year experience in customer service/sales and/or administrative roles.
  • Be willing to work between the listed clubs as the role may be split between these clubs on different days
  • Have a current First Aid/CPR certificate (or be willing to obtain)
  • Have a current Working with Children's Certificate (or be willing to obtain)
  • Have a current Police Check Certificate (or be willing to obtain)

Your standard Rostered hours includes a short 4hr Saturday shift which is essential to this role (10am-2pm).
