What You'll Do:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless communication and operations
  • Manage sales orders, track deliveries, and maintain customer records
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely processing and delivery
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
  • Fluent in English and Hindi
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Available Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm
