At Wyndham Partners we pride ourselves on delivering professional, approachable, and client-focused legal services. We are looking for a warm, organised, and reliable individual to be the first point of contact for our clients and to provide essential support to our busy legal team.

You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and creating a welcoming environment for clients. You will also be assisting conveyancing staff and lawyers with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Greeting clients and visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable
  • Conflict and verification checks for clients
  • Managing appointments, calendars, and meeting room bookings
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Providing administrative support including scanning, filing, and data entry
  • Assisting the team with general office duties as required
  • Assisting lawyers and conveyancers with conveyancing tasks such as ordering certificates / liaising with vendors/purchasers/ real estate agents, etc
  • Preparing first letters to clients
  • Deeding documents and other administrative tasks

Skills / Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a legal or reception role is preferred but not required.
