We're offering an exciting opportunity for a Junior Legal Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team in Oakleigh. You'll be at the heart of our operations, providing essential legal support and exceptional client service. From managing client communications to assisting with case preparations, every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to grow your skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support and assist in preparing documents and correspondence
  • Manage calendars and diary appointments
  • Develop an understanding of litigation procedures in the respective department
  • Assist legal team with scanning of materials
  • Respond to general enquiries via telephone, email and in-person
  • Coordinate incoming mail together with a range of records/file management activities
