Viewix is a creative video production company based in Dulwich Hill, Sydney. We're a small, ambitious team of video makers and creative thinkers, passionate about helping businesses succeed through high-quality video content. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Junior Sales Account Manager to join our team and help us scale to new heights.

This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn from experienced professionals, grow their career in sales, and make a real impact. You'll work directly with one of Viewix's co-founders, an accomplished sales leader with a strong background in enterprise sales and business development.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Qualify leads and book high-quality meetings with prospective clients.
  • Shadow the co-founder during meetings and sales calls to build sales and negotiation skills.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored solutions.
  • Manage a growing portfolio of accounts, focusing on client satisfaction and growth.
  • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs, including activity levels and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Keep accurate records in the CRM to track leads and account performance.
  • Share ideas and insights to improve sales strategies and processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience:
    At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Attitude:

  • Communication Skills:
    Outstanding verbal and written communication, with a talent for building rapport.
