Royal Life Saving NSW|ACT|TAS is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Officer to join our dedicated Finance team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting our financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate management of receivables, reconciliations, and client communications across multiple platforms including XERO and aXcelerate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily reconciliation of multiple business and regional bank accounts

  • Timely creation and management of invoices across systems (iClass Pro, Shopify, Stripe, etc.)

  • Allocation of payments and bi-monthly reconciliation of accounts

  • Monthly financial reporting and intercompany journal entries

  • Prompt processing of refunds and resolution of accounts receivable queries

  • Proactive communication with clients regarding outstanding payments

About You:

  • Experienced in accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and invoice processing

  • Proficient in XERO and comfortable navigating financial systems (e.g. aXcelerate, Payrix, Stripe)

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Able to work autonomously and thrive in a flexible environment

  • Passionate about contributing to the mission of Royal Life Saving
