This is an ongoing full-time position within the Student Support Services Inner East Team, based in the Glen Waverley Regional Office.

You will provide a range of speech pathology supports to school-aged students to improve student learning and wellbeing. You will have highly developed communication, networking, and interpersonal skills that enable you to liaise effectively with a range of people in the education community and beyond.

As an AH3 Speech Pathologist you will also be required to manage a varied caseload, undertake the health and wellbeing key contact function and contribute to capability building within schools.

If you're passionate about supporting workforces and schools to manage complex student behaviour, helping students achieve their educational goals, and coordinating with other professionals to achieve student outcomes, then this role is for you. You'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on young learners from diverse backgrounds by supporting their communication and language development. Your specialist expertise as a Speech Pathologist with allied health experience, coupled with knowledge of student wellbeing issues and skills in providing consultation to a variety of stakeholders within the education community, will be highly regarded.

Required:A graduate or post-graduate qualification in Speech Pathology and eligible for membership of the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA), as well as a current Australian Drivers' Licence and a current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
