​Annual Base Salary: $85,000 to $110,000 (commensurate with experience)

​Superannuation: 11.5% statutory superannuation guarantee

​Total Remuneration Package (TRP): Up to $122,650+ (including superannuation)

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Speech Pathologist located in Melbourne, VIC, with some flexibility for working from home. The Speech Pathologist will be responsible for assessing and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. The role involves working with clients to set goals, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapies to improve communication skills and overall quality of life. The Speech Pathologist will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals and provide support to families and caregivers.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Speech Therapy and Speech
  • Experience in treating Dysphagia (swallowing disorders)
  • Knowledge of Communication and Language Disorders
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology or a related field
  • Registration with relevant professional bodies (e.g., Speech Pathology Australia)
  • Experience in mental health and early childhood intervention is a plus
