$90,000–$130,000 + Super + Quarterly Bonuses Paediatric caseload (0–18 yrs), mostly aged 4–10 Clinic located in North Melbourne No home visits – just based in clinic, childcare centers, kinders, and schools Leadership and supervision opportunities for senior clinicians About the Role You'll work with a diverse range of paediatric clients, support early career Speech Pathologists, and have the flexibility to completely shape your caseload around your areas of interest.

Manage a paediatric caseload (0–18 years) tailored to your clinical passions Support new graduates and early career clinicians through structured mentoring Enjoy autonomy while contributing to a collaborative, friendly team Flexibility to work across both clinic locations in North and West Melbourne if desired What's on Offer Quarterly bonus system – earn 50% of any billables above target $2,000 annual PD allowance + 3 days PD leave Weekly 1:1 mentoring with Practice Principal or Director Quarterly external PD presenters + full-team PD shutdown days Opportunities for student placement supervision Career pathways into leadership and clinical education No KPI pressure – we prioritise clinician wellbeing and growth Supportive admin and leadership team with 17+ years of experience Team Culture Diverse team of junior and senior clinicians with 7–17 years' experience Shared lunches, monthly team socials, and regular huddles Open, collaborative environment that values your input and individuality Everyone is encouraged to build a caseload that brings them joy and meaning You Will Need Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology SPA Membership Unrestricted Australian Working Rights Minimum 3–4 years' experience in paediatric Speech Pathology Interested in this position?
