We are seeking a Full-time experienced Medical Administration Officer with ECG and Holter monitor application experience.

Melbourne Cardiac Service runs from 8am through to 7:30pm, 5 days per week.  Flexibility of hours is required.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • ECG and monitor application
  • Reception - Answering phones in a friendly and professional manner
  • Meeting and Greeting patients
  • Scheduling and managing appointments
  • Patient accounts and payments
  • Assisting in general office duties and administration tasks
  • Patient and client management with a high level of customer service
  • Patient records and correspondence management
  • Sending of letters and reports

Qualifications & experience

  • Current/previous experience as a Medical Receptionist and/or administration role required with ECG / Monitor application experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft and Gentu required.
  • Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
