Sustainability Advisor

As a result of our continuous growth, we are seeking a dedicated Sustainability Advisor to join our WA team and help deliver on our commitment to excellence in environmental performance and sustainable construction practices.

This role offers the chance to contribute to projects that shape our communities, while building your career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

In this role, you will:

• Support the delivery of sustainability initiatives across infrastructure and building projects in WA.
• Assist with project sustainability compliance requirements, including environmental reporting and certification processes.
• Contribute to project planning and implementation of sustainability frameworks (e.g. ISCA, Green Star).
• Partner with project teams to identify opportunities to reduce environmental impacts and improve resource efficiency.
• Help develop and share stories that highlight Georgiou's sustainability achievements internally and externally.
• Stay across emerging sustainability and industry trends to bring fresh ideas and continuous improvements.

What you'll bring:

• A relevant degree in sustainability, environmental science, engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years' experience in a sustainability or environmental advisory role (in construction, engineering, or related fields).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and genuine passion for advancing sustainability outcomes.
• Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (e.g. ISCA, Green Star) is desirable but not essential — training and mentoring will be provided.
