KingKira Group is expanding its Booms Division, and we're looking for an experienced HSE Advisor who thrive in high-risk environments and want to make a real impact. This is a onsite role, with regular travel to major client sites including BHP, FMG, MRL, Greatland Gold and Rio Tinto.

About the Role:

As our HSE Advisor, you'll be embedded within our Booms Division— ensuring safety standards are met . You'll work alongside operational teams to embed a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with WA legislation and client standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide teams in applying HSE knowledge to reduce risk and promote safe work practices.
  • Lead hazard identification and risk assessments tailored to lifting and transport operations.
  • Maintain and improve risk registers and control frameworks.
  • Support the development and review of KingKira's HSE Management Standards.
  • Conduct and support thorough incident investigations with a focus on learning and prevention.
  • Drive safety awareness and compliance across diverse site teams.

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in health & safety or related field.
  • Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (minimum).
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HSE roles, ideally within high-risk industries.
  • Strong working knowledge of WA safety legislation.
  • Proven ability to influence safety culture and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience working in dynamic, mobile workforces across remote locations.
