About the Role:

As a New Enquiries Specialist, you'll be the friendly first point of contact for potential clients — providing a professional, empathetic and solution-focused experience from the very first call. You'll be helping guide people through the early stages of their legal journey, setting them up for the best possible support and outcome.

This is a full-time position based in our Sydney CBD office with flexibility to work from home 2 days per week after training.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Taking inbound enquiries via phone and live chat – no cold calling
  • Booking initial consultations and following up with potential clients
  • Explaining the next steps clearly and professionally
  • Managing appointment calendars, client records, and documentation
  • Supporting the broader client care team with administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a phone-based customer service role
  • Strong communication skills with a warm, helpful phone manner
  • Good administration and time management skills
  • Confidence using systems and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine interest in helping people – no legal experience needed
