The Opportunity
We're looking for a proactive Customer Care Specialist - After Sales known as a
King Care Specialist,
to join our growing Customer Service team. In this role, you'll help deliver a premium service experience across King's recovery and refurbishment programs - including cushion inserts, replacement covers, and full product recoveries.
Combining service and sales expertise with a deep understanding of King products, you'll work across multiple digital channels to provide quotes, manage orders, and support customers from enquiry to fulfilment. With access to Salesforce Customer 360, AI-enabled tools, and internal knowledge bases, you'll be equipped to deliver outstanding service and solutions that reflect the quality of the King brand.
The Role
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing expert support on after-sales options for their existing King products.
- Provide end-to-end support for King Care services, including replacement covers, cushion inserts, and refurbishments.
- Respond promptly and empathetically to customer enquiries across phone, email, and digital platforms.
- Use Salesforce Customer 360 and AI-enabled tools to generate accurate quotes and manage order workflows.
- Proactively follow up with customers, maintaining seamless communication through to service completion.
- Meet sales contribution targets by identifying upsell opportunities and converting service requests into revenue.
- Escalate complex issues to the King Care Service Delivery Manager as required.
- Maintain accurate system records and ensure customer expectations are consistently met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Despatch, and Design to coordinate service delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience and streamline operations.
About You
- You have experience in customer service or sales roles, ideally supporting premium products or services.
- You're confident across digital systems and can manage multiple communication channels simultaneously.
- You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for helping customers.
- You're highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- You bring a solutions-focused mindset, commercial awareness, and a natural ability to match customer needs with service offerings.
- You're experienced in using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and quoting/order management tools.
