Are you a motivated, experienced sales leader passionate about automotive sales and the Mazda brand? Wollongong Mazda is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our team and drive success in our bustling dealership.

About the Role:

As our Sales Manager, you will oversee a talented team of 5 Sales Consultants and an Aftercare Consultant, reporting directly to the Dealer Principal. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills within a well-established dealership.

  • Proven track record in achieving KPIs and driving sales
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Passion for the Mazda brand and building customer relationships
  • Ability to manage and respond to online customer inquiries across various platforms
  • Self-motivated with a desire to lead and inspire a team
