About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for motivated and customer-focused New Home Sales Consultants to join our growing team. Whether you're an experienced sales professional or have a passion for the industry and are ready for a new challenge, we want to hear from you. You'll be working with a recognised project home builder with a strong presence in the local market and a reputation for excellence.

Opportunities are available to work from our display home, where you'll represent our brand and guide clients through the journey of building their dream home.


Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing and nurturing incoming leads to convert into successful sales
  • Networking with land agents, developers, and other partners to create new sales opportunities
  • Understanding client requirements and preparing tailored home quotations
  • Siting standard plans on client allotments to meet council and design requirements
  • Managing your schedule to ensure targets and KPIs are consistently met
  • Weekend work required
