We are seeking an experienced Sales & design Consultant to join our team of professionals:

As a sales & design consultant, your primary objective is to sell contract homes in conjunction with effectively generating and managing potential leads.

There are sales roles available within the North west and South west display centres.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guiding customers through the purchase process of a new Fowler Home, from initial inquiry to tender acceptance.
  • Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the display suite, ensuring its continual presentation is to the highest standard.
  • Establishing new sales networks to expand sale opportunities while meticulously recording lead details.
  • Supporting strategic marketing campaigns in alignment with our business objectives.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborating with customers and our team to assist in providing potential modifications to approved master plans and specifications, while accurately calculating costs for amended plans and specifications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the same or similar role.
  • Demonstrate strong sales expertise, ideally within the realm of new home sales or equivalent.
  • Have experience meeting and surpassing established sales targets and KPI's.
  • Have knowledge of council regulation and CDC codes.
  • Construction industry knowledge and experience.
  • Proven experience in new home sales.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Exhibit flexibility, adaptability, and self-motivation in your work approach.
  • Have the capability to cultivate strong, trusting relationships with clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to a diverse range of clientele.
