THE ROLE

  • End to end payroll processing
  • Maintenance of payroll and time and attendance system
  • Calculation and processing of termination payments
  • Assisting with PAYG, Super and other payments
  • Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries
  • Stakeholder relationship management
  • Be involved in process improvements and implementations

THE PERSON

  • End to end payroll processing experience
  • Knowledge of interpreting Awards/EBAs
  • Strong attention to details
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication
  • Problem solving skills
